Contract Offramp is not a law firm.

We do not provide legal advice, practice law, represent you, or form an attorney-client relationship with you. The analyses, summaries, citations, suggested questions, and correspondence drafts we produce are informational research outputs only.

No guaranteed outcomes

Nothing we produce guarantees that a contract can be voided, modified, renegotiated, exited, or otherwise challenged. Whether an argument succeeds depends on facts we cannot verify, laws that may change, and the discretion of courts, regulators, arbitrators, and counterparties.

Review with a licensed attorney

You should review our output with a licensed attorney in the relevant jurisdiction before taking action, especially before sending correspondence, withholding payment, refusing performance, or breaching an agreement.

Information may be incomplete

Contract Offramp accepts all 50 U.S. states plus federal law, but the analysis may still be incomplete or incorrect if a source is unavailable, a document is unclear, or a relevant fact is outside the uploaded contract.

Not a substitute for professional judgment

Our reports are designed to help you identify potential issues and prepare better questions. They are not a substitute for legal, financial, tax, or business advice from a qualified professional who understands your specific facts.

Draft letters are not sent for you

If you purchase a letter add-on, the draft is for your review and editing. We do not send communications to counterparties, negotiate on your behalf, or certify that a draft is appropriate for your situation.

Data retention and deletion

Uploads and derived data are deleted after 30 days by default. You can delete your data earlier from your results page. Stripe payment records are retained as required for tax, fraud-prevention, and financial-record obligations.
