Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases from Contract Offramp, a service operated by Venice West LLC.
Digital service fulfillment
Contract Offramp sells digital, one-time informational contract-analysis services. After checkout, we begin processing your uploaded document and deliver results by email and secure results link.
Automatic refunds
If our system cannot reliably process your uploaded document before analysis begins, we automatically refund the base analysis fee. Examples include unreadable scans, encrypted or password-protected PDFs, unsupported files, or documents that exceed our page limit.
Completed analyses
Completed analyses are generally final because the service has already been delivered and compute costs have been incurred. We still review refund requests in good faith when there is a material service failure, duplicate charge, payment error, or substantially defective output.
Letter add-ons
Letter add-ons are digital draft outputs. Once a letter draft has been generated or made available, the add-on is generally final, subject to the same good-faith review for duplicate charges, payment errors, or material service failures.
Cancellations
Contract Offramp does not currently sell subscriptions. There are no recurring charges to cancel. Each purchase is a one-time checkout.
How to request help
Email support@contractofframp.com with the email address used at checkout and any Stripe receipt details. You may also call 323-539-4409. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank or card issuer may take several business days to post the refund.
