Is Contract Offramp legal advice?
No. Contract Offramp is an informational research tool. We are not a law firm, we do not represent you, and our output is not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.
Which jurisdictions do you support?
For our v1 pilot we support federal U.S. law plus California, Texas, New York, Florida, and Washington. We will expand after launch.
How long are my files kept?
Uploads, extracted text, and findings are deleted automatically after 30 days. You can delete everything at any time with one click from your results page.
How large can my contract be?
We enforce a hard 50-page cap. If your document exceeds this after extraction we won't run the analysis and you'll be automatically refunded the base fee.
What if the OCR can't read my scan?
If extraction confidence is too low we flag your analysis as refund-eligible before running any LLM, and you're refunded the base fee automatically.
